Urgent! Can't Delete Clients.

Hello,
I get the following message, when I try to delete client though the control panel:

"Unable to remove clients: Unable to remove client: Unable to remove clients templates: templates list: unable to remove templates list:"

I have noticed that I have a template with out a name, which cannot be deleted. I can create a new template and delete it without any problem.
But this one refuses to delete and I think that might cause the problem I can't delete clients.

How can I solve this?

Hi!

Looks like this is a configuration error.
I think, you have 2 options:

1. disable the client instead of removing, so that it doesn`t interfer with anything

2. Create a support request with Plesk support .
