Hello, we had couple of issues with plesk 7 so we wanted to update into 7.5.5, got the installion, everything worked smooth, he saw he have an old copy of plesk and transfered all the old files and so, then did a reset, after the reset he tried to download a file from the internet, tho the dns server was set to localhost, and he cannot download the file, so the install failed.
we trid to restart the installion, tho with no luck the installion seemed like there is no plesk anymore, it inform us that mailenable is already installed so we skipped it, it downloaded the installion file tho getting stuck 3 times and cannot procced.
at the moment, we are stuck with no plesk, a lot of websites are down and no clue what to do
