URGENT! PSA / Apache Failed to start

Ernie@

Basic Pleskian
Having upgrade to 7.5.4 succesfully with the --nodeps --force option, the PSA or apache services failed to start.

The error is as below

/sbin/service psa start

==================
Starting MySQL SUCCESS!
Starting psa-spamassassin service: [ OK ]
websrvmng: Service httpd failed to gracefully restart
websrvmng: Service httpd failed to gracefully restart
Syntax error on line 231 of /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/httpsd.conf:
module ssl_module is built-in and can't be loaded
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpsdctl start: httpd could not be started
Starting Plesk: [FAILED]
==================

so, I tried to comment out

LoadModule ssl_module libexec/libssl.so

Then it comes to another error

==========================
===> Reading /etc/psa/psa.conf ...
Starting MySQL SUCCESS!
Starting psa-spamassassin service: [ OK ]
websrvmng: Service httpd failed to gracefully restart
websrvmng: Service httpd failed to gracefully restart
Syntax error on line 232 of /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/httpsd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/lib/httpd/modules/libphp4.so into server: /usr/lib/httpd/modules/libphp4.so: undefined symbol: apr_bucket_type_file
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpsdctl start: httpd could not be started
Starting Plesk: [FAILED]
...

==========================
the setting is
LoadModule php4_module /usr/lib/httpd/modules/libphp4.s

I guess there's a problem with the ssl for the admin server as I've encountered this problem before, the apache will not be started when there's an error in the ssl cert or related setting.

Any where I can go to fix this problem?

Can I use some default settings to bring the PSA up? and how?

Thanks.

If you updated using --nodeps, something required was not installed. But I can not tell you exactly what without taking a look to your server.
