URL redirects to local host (Laragon)

Hi, i created a website on a local host, and then upload it using updraft, but it was not displaying the same so i removed it using a previous backup. Now i can not acess the website, the URL redirects to the ".test" domain that i created on the local host (Laragon).
I checked on phpAdmin, under wp-options, and the URL set there is the correct one.
Any help fixing this, i am even willing to reset everything and start over.

Note: I do not have full admin control for the account is managed by a provider;
