Use "manual"-directory

Hello, I made in my httpdocs-directory a new directory "manuals".
But I cannot access it with a Browser, I get a 403-"Access denied".

What do I have to do to use this directory?

Check your error logs, but 403 denied is usually a permissions error of some kind.
