• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Using Drupal with postgres

New Pleskian
Hi Forum,
i want to install Drupal 8 with postgres, i´ve got a postgresql licence and can install drupal as an app. But as default plesk will only install it with mysql. Is it possible to change the database settings? In the plesk database, i found in table longtaskparams requirements with the settings for a database (
a:6:{
s:14:"databaseServer";
s:14:"localhost:3306";
s:12:"databaseName";
s:8:"drupal_2";
).
Is it enough to change it at this position? Or have plesk a configuration file for installing apps?
thanks for helping me
best regards
Ballibum

Sorry, i´ve forgotten some facts:
I am using plesk odin 12.5 and i want to install drupal with the gui, and i've activate a postgres database server, but i can not choose it when i install it by user definition installation.

I would like to focus your attention on a fact that for applications from AppsCatalog we support only MySQL engine.
