• The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

The problem is this:

Local domains on this box are unable to send mail to this domain.

A bounce occurs with the following information:

Code:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at veglargh.hyperactivehosting.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[email protected]>:
This address no longer accepts mail.

--- Below this line is a copy of the message.

I am assuming this is due to the redirect for the MX records not working and our server trying to deliver a local email to a local box which of course does not exist.

What do you think is wrong?

If you are using a mail server external to Plesk, simply click the "disable" button within the mail area for the domain name.
