Using Plesk for email only domain...

Can someone give me a hint as to how I would go about setting up an email only domain in plesk? Would simply going in and modifying dns records to point to their www host be enough?, or is there another way of doing it. If we are not doing dns I would assume we would tell it not to add dns when we add the domain.. just wondering if anyone else has any other advice.
