using psadump utility

Hello everyone!
I am going to use the psadump utility to back up my system. But I have a problem, or better, a question.

If I don't use the option --nostop-domains, but only --nostop, anyone could tell me if in the moment that the command disables the domain for its backup, and a client send an email to an account in that domain. Is that email going to be rejected? or Is going to be stored in the queue by the qmail daemon?
