  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi

Except for contacting plesk and paying a hilarious amount of $$$, who can help me solve a webmail problem (no one can login to webmail) that plesk updater caused?
I'm running 7.5.4 on Debian 3.1 should be fairly easy for a Pro to solve.
Please contact by PM or post a reply here.

Br,
Jonas

did you install any debian packages lately ?
did you try to upgrade something ?
are you getting an error when not able to login ?

HI - and thanks for reply. :)

1. No, I haven't installed any packages,.
2. I used plesk auto updater, not any apt-get install ###
3. Error I get is: "login failed"

Do you remember what was updated by the Plesk AutoUpdater ?

If I remember correctly I think it was:

- Additional Horde (webmail) components for Plesk
- Base packages of Plesk
(and some others)

I'm having the same problem. I did the same upgrade last sunday night through the control panel. Everything went ok, but now to login to webmail it takes minutes before it shows me the login page.

In the bigining, somehow crash my browser but after a few minytes, it shows my the login page.

It is kind of frustrating and i can't find any posible solution to fix that issue.

Thank

Miguel

i would try to uninstall the horde package and reinstall it

If I remove the package and re-install, won't it be any configuration issues with Plesk for Horde?
