Very long time working httpdmng --reconfigure-all

httpdmng --reconfigure-all is running very long time. Before run reconfigure I have reloaded websrvmng --restart

What do you mean "Very long time"? And why do you need run this command so often?
 
I am rewriting Nginx configurations for my requirement. Somewhere made error and need to rerun httpdmng --reconfigure-all for create config.
Very long time I mean 10-15 minutes or more.
 
Have you tried to troubleshoot it with Plesk logs investigation?
