  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Have you tried the link my installation is looking for? Did you see if the files are there?

- i did not photoshop the image just for the heck of it
- you might be working with an internal dns
- mine is an update from 11 -> 12.0 -> 12.5 ... is yours?
- going direct to http://docs.plesk.com/video-tutorials/12.5/change-subscription-password.flv gives a download link, so the file is there

but from within plesk, it doesn'' work.

this is what i get in internet explorer. The first screenshot was from firefox. So its not an add-on that blocks flash content.

btw, this is something you need to look into as safari is going to be blocking flash content and the rest will follow i guess.

Looks like it is some kind of browser/adobe flash related issue. All works fine on my mac with FireFox, Chrome and Safari, but doesn't work with IE, Firefox on Windows. But works fine with MS Edge browser on Windows...
