• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Requirement:
-client needs VPN on the server to set up connections to program modules they have on their remote servers.

Our Server:
Dedicated Managed Server with 5 available IP addresses.
Windows 2003
Plesk 8.1

When the VPN server is set up, DNS is lost for some reason. Internet and mail delivery become unusable. I have 40 other clients on the server already, so losing mail is not an option for me at this point.

Suggestions or Solutions? It's a big contract for me that needs a bit of a timeline crunch and any help would be appreciated.

Step by step & point form would be ideal if possible :D

TIA.

The problem is caused by RRAS inbound filters on the server side.
