• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

VMWare guest unable to browse internet, could it be firewall?

Hello,
I seem to have an issue with my VMWare guests. I run VMWare player on a host which has Plesk 9.5 installed.
I use bridged networking because the guest has a collaboration software that we need to be able to access from the internet. The problem is that I seem to have some kind of firewall problem, because although both the host and the guest are able to ping each other, the guest can not access the internet.

Plesk is managing windows firewall 2008 (on Windows 2008 Web edition) so if you can tell me what rules I need to create in order to make my guest "see" the internet I would be grateful.
Thanks!
