dns problem please help

my problem

i have plesk 8.2 on windows server 2003 with more than 20 domains...
i have 2 ip on the same server ...
some domains work correctly by dns checking and others dont work .
by checking the dns for those domains who dont work i have the error

"Connection reset. Probably DNS server is offline. " or

"nameserver not authoritative "

by the other domain is seem to work correctly
please help .....i m really tired try to figure it out ...
