Watchdog service unavailable

For some reason, every time I try to use Watchdog from the control panel, I get the following message:

Service is not available now, probably your Plesk is misconfigured.
Contact Your provider for details.

Internal Plesk error occurred: Changing of crontab configuration failed.

Can someone tell me how to get this working again?

Nevermind...found the knowledgebase article here: http://kb.odin.com/en/1709. For some reason I didn't see it earlier.
