We get this on a weeky basis.
When customer goes into Plesk -> Web Directories -> Permissions, they get an error
I emailed the Plesk support dept and they said to do this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>"C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Install\061129.18\plesk_8.1.0_build061129.18.msi" reinstall=all
But it's happening every week or so. Is any experiencing this?
