I was using 11.5 and upgrade seemed to be OK, but after all, I started receiving a forbidden page when I was accessing web presence.

I got a second server just to install a fresh 12.0, but I can't finish installation.
It shows:

Have you tried upgrade to 11.5.13 first as it was suggested by DmitriyR ?
