Web preview - 403 Forbidden Nginx

Hello,
I have some issues with the web preview feature. The preview is set as default quick preview, but it doesnt work. When Im trying to access it, I have a 403 forbidden error from nginx.

The url looks like that :

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/plesk-site-preview/domain.tld/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/

I tried to find an error in the logs of the vhost and in the main error log of nginx, but didnt found any.

Many different reasons can be here. It's really difficult to say what is wrong there without logs. Try to repair vhosts permissions at least with

# plesk repair fs

I just tried and it didnt worked.
Checking virtual hosts' file system ................................. [OK]
Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

Do you have an idea where I could find the related error in the logs ?
I tried to look for it in the logs of the different vhosts, and in /var/log/nginx but didnt found anything related to it.

Have you tried contact Plesk Support Team with this issue? Unfortunately looks like community can't help with it.

Hello,
I tried to contact Plesk Support Team but wasnt able to because I purchased my license from a reseller.
I contacted my reseller and they have not been able to help me.

But the good news is that I finally found how to solve the problem by myself.
I had to add the IP of my server in the file located there : /etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/trusted_ips.inc

Hi Lumyo, got same problem with a brand new vserver (with nat 1:1)

Followed this new kb, no more 403 but slow preview and no css/js/graphic loaded at all
Tried to add the public ip in trusted_ips.inc but the problem persist

Seems preview continue to take resource from the internal IP: <link rel='stylesheet' id='genericons-css' href='http://172.31.1.100/plesk-site-preview/www.xxxx.it/172.31.1.100/wp-content/themes/twentysixteen/genericons/genericons.css?ver=3.4.1'
