I have to ip adress. one is the 10.140.0.2, the other is 104.199.**.**
I know we use the 104.199**.** , but when I instll the plesk ,it is only one 10.140.0.2 for choose.
so is it the problem? how can I change the ip in the plesk.
I have add the 10.199.**.** into the plesk.

Yes. It could be the problem.

10.x.x.x IP must be for internal use. eg: server backups

Change you ip for the websits using Hosting Setting"

yes, it should work.
But it is still Web Server's Default Page .
I have delete the files .
error.log show those:
[Wed Dec 07 14:17:23.279554 2016] [ssl:warn] [pid 5997] AH01909: ***.com:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name

Are you using nginx as a reverse proxy?

Then make sure nginx is running.

Have you changed the IP?

if you are not able to select the IP 104.x.x.x, it must be selected as a dedicated IP and website must have assign to it already.

in that case goto Tools -> IP addresses and select the default website to none.
