Webalizer Broken

Went to check some statistics and it seems webalizer is broken on some sites. When I got to /webstat/ I get a prompt asking me to save file of type:

application/x-httpd-php

Apparently Apache is somehow confused and throwing out the header instead of processing. Any ideas?
