Webalizer statistics: Error in DNS Lookup

It seems Webalizer doesn't make any DNS lookups. If I run /usr/local/psa/admin/statistics from cmd line, the following error msg will appear: "Error: Unable to open DNS cache file /usr/local/psa/var/webalizer.cache"

The file exists and have the right mods but is empty.

If I specify a different file in webalizer.conf, no error msg will be shown but I don't get any DNS lookups...

What's wrong?
My current Plesk version is 7.5.4, with all available udates.
