Issue Webdav Username Not Updating

Issue with syncing of username and /var/www/vhosts/fs-passwd/dav.passwd

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create user
2. $cat /var/www/vhosts/fs-passwd/dav.passwd
3. Change username then save
4. $cat /var/www/vhosts/fs-passwd/dav.passwd

Note that webdav username stays the original username.
