I'm attempting to install WebDAV in my apache configuragion in Plesk 7.5.4.

I'm receiving the following error:

configure: error: Your APXS installation is broken and cannot be used.
Please see http://www.webdav.org/mod_dav/install.html#apxs for
more information.

Any suggestions or input as to how I can solve this issue?
