Issue Webhook Issue Switched Regions

New Pleskian
So im using Plesk on google cloud it was working great until I had to switch region. Now I have a different IP but I think the web hook url is related to my old ip. It has my old ip in it and web hook doesn't work when pushing from gitlab. How do I regenerate the url?
