Webmail and locales

Hello all,

from my reinstallation and migration to debian 3.1 with plesk 8 I always get problem with webmail locales.

I've read many posts on this and ran many times dpkg-reconfigure locales and also exported variable TEXTDOMAINDIR=/usr/share/psa-horde/locale before start apache.

Now my locale map it, es, and en (all UTF-8 e UTF-8@Euro). If i go on webmail, change language to spanish and login always get Italian language. This can be an horde bug? or another problem?
