webmail horde issue

I upgraded from 7.5.6 and restored my backup after installation of 8.1.
but there is a problem, when i enter the url webmail.iolp.com(or any other) it asks me for username and password?(not horde login page, a windwos popup opens and asks me for username and password..) How can i correct this issue? I uninstalled and reinstalled webmail but it didnt work anyway.. Used plesk reconfigurator it didnt work too.. Tried to delete Sitecache registry and run websrvmng --reconfigure-all but it didnt work too! What the hell is going on? I need help!

webmail.iolp.com is working right now, how did you fix the problem? Have you tried to check webmail right after upgrade?

yep, I switched it off from Plesk Control Panel - Components . And then reactivated. And another thing plesk didnt automatically add file extensions to iis for the webmail host. I added php,php3,html etc.. extensions from iis web admin manually. And it worked for me..
