webmail issue

I am pretty good at Plesk with linux but new plesk win serie. I have mailenable as mail server and I cant reach to webmail even I use correct user and pass.For user name I tried info and [email protected] but both didnt work. Am I missing sometihng? or is the webmail address something different than webmail.domain.com. Becouse it is opening a password protected directory when I try webmail.ceyhost.com
Any help will be appreciated.

It seems to be a problem with horde. Check the read-write permissions for php in horde. You must also enable Cgi ISAPI extensions.
