Webmail Issues

New Pleskian
I am on Debian Lenny Stable with PSA 9.5 - I have two issues

1: AtMail skips auth completely and appears to be totally broken - I have reinstalled it with the same results

2: I installed psa-horde and it is not an option as a webmail client

I have restarted psa and apache and no luck there. I have no idea what is going on, any help is appreciated.
