one question i have 2 vps
and in both i have install plesk for web hosting , how i can manage those 2 vps in one plesk panel ?! or i can't do this!?

Yes, you can't manage different Plesk servers trough one Plesk interface. One VPS - one Plesk.
We have other special software for centralized managing Plesk servers - Plesk Automation - http://www.odin.com/products/plesk-automation/

I have the same problem I can access the webmail.mydoman.com can you please tell me how I can make my hostname resolvable?

on you dns manager, example in godaddy or any domain provider, create one dns record

webmail pointed to your server ip.
