The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

I solved this this morning by running (as root)
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.5.30-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
And then for a domain that continued the same, went to the panel, to the domain hosting configuration, and simply applying it (without change anything).

UPDATE: Well, i readed to fast! This happened me with the domain's web, not webmail, but hope helps anyway.
