Hi all,
We are running Plesk 8.2.1 on our Fedora dedicated server. We have a couple of domains, one live one, and we are wondering why we can't access webmail on our server. We have a mail.ourdomain.com and a couple of addresses. We can get mail from it if we log in to a generic webmail site, like
http://www.mail2web.com
Also, we can configure Outlook Express to download it fine. However, what do we need to do to have some sort of nice webmail access through our website? If we go to
http://mail.domain.com/
We get a
Under our domain.com properties in Plesk, if we go to DNS Settings, we have a bunch of DNS records, one of which is
"mail.domain.com" with value "A" and our IP address
However, on Subdomains, we have nothing. Do we need to enter a subdomain "mail.domain.com" here? And if so, what else do we need to do to enable simple webmail access there? Do we need to install some freeware webmail software?
Thanks

If you see this page it means:
1. hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2. there's no such domain registered in Plesk
