Question webmail.xxx.xx not reachable from one moment to another

Hallo togehter!

I am using Plesk Onyx 17.8.11

I have the following problem:
From one moment to another, the Roundcube-Subdomain "webmail.xxx.xx" is no longer reachable. There heave been no changes in the DNS-Records or something like that. The Subdomain is secured with Lets-Encrypt. As I already wrote: It worked without problems, suddenly it is gone.

What can I do?
