Hello,
When I make changes to website documents (index.php, layout.css, etc) the change on the website takes some time (5,10,15,20 minutes) for the changes to appear in the browser. It's not a browser cache issue as I clean the temp internet files and even try another computer.
I have even tried to set the IIS website content to expire immediately via the IIS Manager.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
