Websites and Plesk gone down after reboot in SSH

I'm just perform a yum update and after that reboot my server first time from really long time.

Server is UP but any of my websites / Plesk / E-mail not working.

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

This is first time. reboot always was quick and not causing problem like this time.

Server is based on CentOS 7 / Apache

httpd start / restart not helps.

I really appreciate all your help, It's very important for me my whole business sites and e-mails not working.

please check firewall - settings, iptables and SELinux - settings, just to make sure, that the needed ports aren't blocked and open.

Which ports need to be opened for all Plesk services to work with a firewall? ( KB - article 391 )​

Can you also specify which ports need to be also outgoing? Can we use different port for ssh?
