Issue websites not available for a few minutes

Hallo, al mijn websites op de server zijn een paar minuten niet beschikbaar.
De server blijft op ip-adres gewoon bereikbaar. Geheugen is ok, maar 25% in gebruik.
Na een paar minuten zijn alle websites weer online voor een paar minuten, daarna weer niet bereikbaar voor een paar minuten.

Weet iemand een oplossing ?

What's reported in the /var/log/fail2ban.log at that time?
What's reported in the httpd and nginx logs at that time?

If you have Fail2Ban enabled, your server might be banning your own IP address so be sure to add your server's IP address to the Fail2Ban exceptions.
