Webstats don't work

Bear with me if this is an easy question, I'm still learning plesk.

We reinstalled our server recently and installed Plesk 7.5.2 on it, and webstats no longer work. We get this error :

----------------------------
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /webstat/index.html on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
----------------------------

Is it just a matter of telling webalizer to run on the box for the first time? If so, how do I kick it off?

Thanks.

Ever work?

Did you ever solve this?

I have the same problem.

Thanks,

Tristan

Some applications interfere with the .htaccess file, try turning the protected folder off for the stats and then back on. Remember to restart httpd to make the changes work. If that doesn't work I would check your ownership of the webstats folder.

i have the same problem on windows and it is still not working, tryied changing ownership of directory and stuff already
