Weird pleskbackup files

I have a setup where pleskbackup is run via cron and then its rsyned over to a backup server.

I call the backup file "plesk backup".

However, I just noticed that for some reason there are all of these "hidden" extra files on my backup server with filenames such as .pleskbackup.gH14cA

Any ideas what these files are?
