What is this

I've formatted my windows machine and set the machine name yyyyy and my machine default domain name is yyyy.com on plesk when i want to login my brand new plesk for ex. my ip is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443 is goes to yyyy.com:8443 ok this is ordinary work but after this it redirects again yyyyy:8443/relay and this is not a domain name.

So where should i repair this ?
i really get bored from plesk.

i think sso is the Problem ...

*:\Plesk\admin\bin\sso.exe is the solution

go to folder (in commandline)*:\Plesk\admin\bin and type in commandline sso -g an post the result here pls ...

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>SSO.exe -s -server https://yyyy:11443 -url https://yyy:11444
Can not request registration in Identity Provider: 10060:A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time , or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

I tryed it to the same response with the given above.
but now it should access panel. sso url is empty now
