Question When Mailbox is full

hello,

i have no clue if there is a way for the following topic/issue

i want when the mailbox is full of the users the emails they receive to stay in the queue until they resolve it (empty the mailbox or increase the quota) because the emails are being rejected mailbox is full and if I check queue its not in it.
