• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Where are the mail logs?

In trying to troubleshoot a customer problem today, I tried to find the SMTP transaction logs in Windows 6.5.2. No luck. I can't even find any occurence of the domain in ANY file that even LOOKS like a mail log.

Help a poor old Linux guy who has been saddled with this here Winders-based Web server to help his clients.

Run this program through the windows file manager:

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Mail Enable\bin\Mailenable.msc

You can pretty much manage everything related to the mail sever from there!... Logs and everything!

Even disable the catch all function!

Be adviced that if you change something manually here I don't know how Plesk will react to it!... So make sure you have a backup!

Hope this helps!
