  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Where are the user control panel tabs?

SalvadorS

Regular Pleskian
I think this is a silly question but it drives me crazy. I migrated some domains yesterday from plesk 9.3 to plesk 11.5 and all correct.

But today I migrated some domains again and I can´t see any tab in the user control panel. The domains migrated yesterday shows the tabs correctly but not the domains migrated today (?) If I access to the user control panel of the domains migrated today I can only see stats and account tabs. I can´t see websites and domains, mail, archives, applications and users tabs...

I check the permisions and I think all is correct....

Any help?

Thanks

Hello,

I fixed it...

I have to move the domains from the correct client to another client. Then delete the old correct client, recreate it and move again the domain to this new client. Now tabs are there.

It seems I create the client before I migrate the domain. The client I create has the same username as the domain migrated and that is the problem I think.
