Resolved Which hosting company do I need?

Hello.
I am sorry to bother you with this ignorant question but I am new to blog-making and I fail to understand many things.
Please bear with me.
I thought Plesk did the hosting of a blog but apparently, from what I have been reading, apart from Plesk I need to have a hosting too.
I bought Divi first and then Plesk Pro Edition but I still cannot do what I want.
My question is: apart from Divi and Plesk Pro Edition, do I need to subscribe to a hosting company?
Can you give me some hints? I am too ignorant and the tutorials I have been reading are too difficult for me.

You need to buy hosting, which provides Plesk with the included WordPress Toolkit extension. Then register your domain and add it to your Plesk server.
