WHy has ServerAlias www.domain stopped working?

This happens randomly on some domains, plesk has stopped inserting ServerAlias www.domain.com in the httpd.conf file at domain.com/conf

EVen if I try to generate a new one:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com

It still won't put it in there, I have to either manually edit httpd.conf or put it in vhost.conf
Is this a bug? (plesk 7.5.4)

Thanks,
Sam

Check your Domain setup..

Login -> Domains -> Domain -> Setup

Make sure you have the "www" checkbox checked...

you were right, it was unchecked. We always have them checked by default .. does the end user have the option to uncheck this? That could be what's happening from time to time.
