Why the mail delay

Hello to everyone.

I need the help that

Why the mails delay. we are worried about it that we send the emails but another user receive that

Email after 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Then wat are the reason of delaying and how to fix this issue.

This could be due to long queue of emails. Now the question is if your box is getting abused for sending large number of SPAM emails, you can view your mail queue:

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Queues\SMTP\Outgoing\


If I notice my server more than 500 emails in queue means definately spam, I track the messages and simply suspend the domain. You can look and make your own strategy
