Wikimedia app is 2 years old

I've just installed Plesk 10.4.4 and noticed that the Wikimedia application is v1.15.2 which is 2 years old! Version 1.19 has just been released. What is the correct procedure to lobby for or assist the latest version of Wikimedia to be officially included with the default set of available applications?

As you can see in APS catalog here - http://www.apsstandard.org/app/#search=mediawiki&addon=false Mediawiki package was published at April 1, 2010. Therefore you should contact vendor ( www.mediawiki.org) regarding your question about update package in APS catalog.
