win 2003 firewall problem

Hi,

I use Win 2003 and firewall. Firewall is on the windows 2003 system. I have 4 IP number.
I opened

Tcp 21,25,110,443,8443,80,53 and Udp 53 ports.

But only work 1 IP, others not work.
Only work all IP and site then disable firewall,
But I need firewall

Can you help me?

You will need to setup an IPSec filtering policy, the firewall can only be run (Stupidly) on a single IP, this caught us too where only one IP was protected.
