Wordpress App wont download from parallels

For some reason I cant seem to download the app on Parallels to create a website using wordpress.

I have added the domain, clicked on applications > install apps > featured applications > wordpress

I then get a screen 'downloading and installing wordpress. But however long i leave it on this page (i left it for over an hour one time) it doesnt move off 0% completed.

I have tried another domain but it does the same and also tried using google chrome (instead of windows ie9)

Anyone any suggestions as to why it isnt working?

Hi, thanks for your reply - yes have tried disabling the firewall to see if that's what's stopping it from work - but it still won't download. I have already downloaded the Wordpress app successfully for other domains a few months ago but when u came to do it this time it won't do it unfortunately

Can you download something from http://catalog.marketplace.parallels.com/ or http://apscatalog.com on your server?
