Wordpress file permission

Hello,

I installed Wordpress via the web application installer but I'm not sure how to set files and folder permissions.
I have to avoid security problems because my blogs have already been infected by weird files and folders.
Does anybody know?

Why "Check Security" button in WordPress Toolkit is not enough for you and additional custom permissions are required?
