Wordpress on Plesk issues

I’m having problem with my domain. It keeps saying it’s offline and at times it shows a 403 error page and sometimes it works perfectly. I used Wordpress on plesk installed on iis in my domain settings, I get this message below. Could u please help?

Have you checked at least that domain name is really correctly resolvable?

Your DNS settings must be incorrect.. Check with the domain's registrar or a simple whois site/command to ensure that the domain's DNS's are correct. Then make sure that in PLESK's domain DNS settings the 'www' and the domain itself is defined and points to either a CNAME or an A address.
